Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must specify the reason (for example broken, defective, doesn’t match description, never arrived) for return or a picture showing that the item got damaged during the shipping process. Otherwise they must be unboxed in original condition.

Also returns or refunds cannot be made if:
a. The parcel is not delivered due to the wrong address or phone number given in your order.
b. The parcel is not delivered due to the local post office fails to contact the recipient.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer – email us directly at hello@caseganic.com.

We will not accept return inquires after 14 days from the delivery date for any reason.

(Please note that in case of return, the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to the seller).

Refunds

Once your return request is received, we will reply back to you and give a refund as quickly as possible. We might have to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company and your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Your refund should be on your way.

Shipping your return
To return your product, you should first email us with your request and the reason.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that we ship internationally so your return will be have to be shipped over sea.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
